My roof was in poor condition but I was not sure that the damage would qualify for any insurance coverage. Jeff with KAT construction inspected the roof and concluded that it would. Together we called my insurance company and started the claim process. Jeff came out when the insurance adjuster scheduled an appointment. He worked with the adjuster to be sure things he saw were noted. The claim was approved for a full roof replacement. KAT secured permits,sent out all materials,and the following day crews arrived to remove the old roof and install 40 squares (about 8000 lbs) of new shingles. the crew completed the job in one and one half days. they cleaned up the area so well it was hard to know anyone was here. I highly recommend them.

Kat construction was very quick to respond. Charlie was professional, thorough, and a good communicator while at my home for the inspection. The pictures that he took were very informative about the hail damage and other issues as well. He was willing to help me walk through the insurance process as well. It was a helpful experience and I learned a lot. I would recommend anyone who thinks they may have any hail damage to get the free inspection from KAT CONSTRUCTION.

I am a very busy person and I just do not have the time to get certain household things done. I appreciate that they came to my home, set up an inspection, called my insurance for me and basically set up and took care of everything. I really didnt have to do much in order to set this all up. Everyone i spoke with was very competent and friendly which i appreciated very much their crew did a beautiful job my roof looks great and i was surprised how much nicer our house looked with the new roof. Wow this company is great they gave me a free inspection and repaired my roof at my home in Brooklyn center over the summer and they did a really good job. My name is Judith Berkowski and I reside in Blaine Minnesota. That June 11th had all of us in our culdesac outside in aww with the holes the hail had left in our siding. Most of us had siding and roofs that were less than 6 years old, from the last storm. Here comes two girls, not even an hour after the storm knocking on our door asking us if we would like a free roof inspection which made sense since the siding was destroyed . All five of us received brand new Roofs and supplemented or all brand new siding from our insurance companies and I really appreciate Kat construction And their diligent and efficient hard work down to the roof build. I've never seen a roof go up so fast, it was inspected by our cities inspector. He even made a comment on the the roof! He said, oh yeah, Kat, never have issues with their roofs. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help with any roofing issues. About a couple weeks ago I had called them to come and check my roof. They came right away to inspect my house. They were fast and had an answer to all of my questions. This place is amazing and would do buisness again with them. Their employee were very nice, professional and knew what they were doing. I was a bit hesitant about this company but honestly it's a great company. My house insurance had no issues with them.

Purchasing a new home in ClearLake came with some flaws. I didnt know my roof was damaged from a strom that hit pretty bad in the area. I then found a flyer in my Post Office and called immediately. They also gave me a sheet indicating how the process would go after they would inspect. As soon as i did a claim with my insurance a sales rep came to my house. She was super nice and knowledgeable. I belive the lady who helped was Abigail also speak spanish which is a plus. Would 100% recommend this company.

I have previously worked with Kat Construction after some of the crazy storms we had. I live surrounded by trees so when the wind blows, branches are coming down. I have this wonderfully nice representative, I believe her name is Abigail, come inspect my house and I needed a little work done, and she helped me figure out the best way to do it, and fast and efficiently! Just wanted to let people know I found a great company that came to my door right after the June 11 storm of this year. I live in Blaine Minnesota and we had such a bad hailstorm on that day. A girl came to my door offered to do a free roof inspection I already knew my siding damage because I could see it as my husband and I walked around the house that morning. I had no idea that we be entitled to a new roof and new siding through homeowners insurance because of a hailstorm. Cost us our deductible. Just wanted to thank KAT construction again for putting such a nice roof on my house. I don't live in the best neighborhood all the back in the day it was a nice neighborhood. I have to say I am one of two people who has a beautiful Roof thanks to Kat construction. They handle all the insurance work and got me approved for a new roof which I didn't even know I could get. I've lived in this neighborhood for 46 years I've had the same insurance company for 46 years not once did they offer me a new roof I didn't know I had to pursue it. I thought that I had a curse on me that I was never able to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after living in the same house for 32 years .I have replaced it once myself out of pocket 12 years ago. Very frustrating especially knowing that four of my neighbors had all gotten their insurance to get them a new roof in the last five years. Kat construction knocked on my door offered me a free inspection of my roof after a storm and less than a month later I had a beautiful new roof!, literally hassle free. Isai did an inspection of my roof. He did a thorough job and communicated very well. He let me know how to contact the insurance company and Im taking it into consideration . If I do decide to get my roof fixed I will definitely use Kat Construction llc.

Kat construction came by my house after a hail storm, offering a free inspection of my roof for storm damage. I was actually outside gardening or I would've never answer the door. I let them, and they said I had damage. They said I could file claim . I figured what the heck, before I knew it he were to meet my adjuster on the roof, and I got approved for a new roof! Fabulous

I received a roof through my insurance company thanks to the help of Kat construction from a hailstorm back in 2016. This is not my first rodeo , i've tried to get a new roof twice before in the 12 years I've owned my home and always got denied. I pretty much gave up until someone came to my door. A month later I had a new roof. My advice, if there is a storm don't call your insurance company without a contractor. Kat construction and great job

Kat Construction came and knocked on my door to offer me a free inspection. When I opened the door my cat flew out and ran underneath a bush. The lady from KAT ran after her and got her from underneath the bush. I was unable to get the inspection but I really appreciated her getting my cat and as soon as I have time will definitely be getting an inspection.

We had a couple of shingles fly off our covered porch with the recent wind, so I called KAT Construction. The whole process was a lot easier than I expected it to be. They took down my info and some details on the repair. Within an hour, Ismael called me back. We set up a day and time for him to come out. His work is beautiful. I will be keeping their number handy for the next time anything like this happens.

You cannot go wrong doing business with this company! Keith was great to work with and really helped us with the ins and outs of insurance. Everything was done promptly and our roof looks great. KAT Construction was fast, professional and quality work. We replaced our roof just prior to selling our house and the investment paid for itself in a better selling price. Going late winter/early spring gave us the opportunity to basically walk in, pick what materials we wanted and work began later that week. My dad is a 30+ year contractor who was always a little bit anal about his work and the work that his crew did. So the final judge was him walking the roof to inspect. Kat Construction was very professional and worked well with our insurance to get our roof replacement covered. Diego was very helpful in going over everything with us and communicating what would happen when. The roof repair is excellent and we are very happy with the job that was done and the fact that it cost little out of our pocket to get it completed.

I just bought my home last summer and this winter’s storms had me concerned about hail damage to my roof. I was referred to Kat Construction by a close friend and had them do a free inspection. Luckily we didn’t have any damage to our roof and didn’t need any work done. Definitely calling them if I have any roofing issues in the future.

I dont know where to start. I recieved a knock on my door by a very sweet woman by the name of Jen. She was very detailed in explaining to me what would happen when KAT construction would come and give me an inspection. Soon after she left I was greeted by another young man who proceeded to be just as pleasant and detailed as Jen. After the inspection he was very clear on the hail damage I had and showed me pictures. He seemed to really care about me and my home from our conversation to how he went about getting on my roof. I was approved to get my roof replaced. The day the crew showed up they were all very delightful and seemed to really enjoy their work. The owner also made a stop at my home and I could tell that there is a very good relationship between the owner and his employees. I was very impressed with Kat Construction from start to finish and I really appreciate their commitment to detail, promptness, communication and using care, caution, and concern while dealing with me and my home. It hailed this last Sunday and I called KAT Construction to have them check my roof. They arrived on time and inspected my roof, siding and windows. I made a claim with my insurance company and the adjuster is coming this Friday. KAT will meet with the adjuster to make sure we get everything that was damage by the storm covered. I am glad I called KAT, they have made the whole process very smooth. I highly recommend them.
